 I’m Sarah, and I’ve been running events since 2015. It all started with Psychic Nights, Ladies’ Nights, and Family Fun Days, raising money for local causes and creating some truly magical memories. (By the way—Psychic Nights are making a comeback! )

 

But my journey into the wedding world actually came from my background in travel—I’ve worked in the industry since 2003, helping couples plan their dream honeymoons. In 2019, I decided to take the leap and host my first wedding fayre at Best Western Leyland—and it was a HUGE success! 

My goal was (and still is!) to make wedding fayres accessible to ALL—so rather than charging exhibitors £100+, I kept it at £60, ensuring funds went into advertising to bring in the couples. My income? From any honeymoon bookings I secured!

 

Fast forward, we gained regular contracts with hotels, expanded across the North West & Cheshire, and built incredible relationships. Of course, COVID hit hard, and when venues were repurposed for asylum seekers, we lost contracts overnight. But we adapted, grew, and kept going—always staying true to our mission of making fairs affordable, welcoming, and rewarding for both exhibitors and couples.
