The advert I saw was for a charity called Gift of a Wedding (click the name to find out more), they do some amazing work making dreams come true for couples where one is termianlly ill. I suddendly had a thought! What happens to all the small charities that CAN'T afford to do TV or radio advertising to get their funds, how do they survive? That's when I thought, I wanted to help and organised our first EVER event a Ladies Night! On the night we raised £200 for this charity and never looked back! It's now move important than ever, with the current Cost of Living crisis, and post covid that these small amazing causes continue to get our help and by holding all our events, we can continue to do this with your support!

I hope that you find this revamped site easy to navigate, and I have tried to incorporate all our events, but as you may have already guessed there is a few!
Fairydust was born back in 2015 when I saw the advert below on Facebook and it reduced me to tears! It made me realise something too....(start reading from under picture and then move across).

About Me!
I have lived in Preston for nearly 30 years after moving here with my husband back in 1993. I have a 26 year old daughter, and a beautiful 2 year old grandson who I spoil every chance I get, as well as our labarour Sandy. As Fairydust is non profit, I have another business running my own travel agency and also work for the NHS at Royal Preston Hospital. This means that monies coming into Fairydust can be used to keep it going as with any business non profit or not there are bills to pay, and we can continue to give to some amazing causes!
