FAIRYDUST EVENTS


We hold lots of events throughout the year, and we would love you to join us!   Stallholder fee's vary depending on the event but on average you can expect: 

£10-15 Psychic Nights / Spirit to Spirit / Discounted Fashion Shows / Ladies Nights

£12 - £15 - Artisian and Farmers Markets

£20 - £30 - Family Fun Days


NORTH WEST WEDDING DIRECTORY


We are offering all wedding suppliers 3 months free on our directory, so you can see how we can work for you!  We also have our Wedding Fayres which you are welcome to showcase.  Rates for your stand range from £50 to £75.


DIAMOND BUSINESS NETWORKING


Currently based at Bartley's in Longridge our meetings are held monthly, with our next one being on the 2nd March between 6pm and 9pm.  Get your ticket which is costed at £20 and connect with other businesses and build connections in the area.  We do offer canapes, live entertainment and a free drink on arrival. 

How do we advertise to attract visitors?

We do a LOT of advertising to make sure we attract guests to our events.  Here is a quick run-through: 


  • Facebook and Google Ad's paid advertising
  • All traders will be asked via Facebook to co-host the event they are booked onto so it shows on your own social media.
  • Posters will be designed and sent to the venue
  • A banner will be placed outside of the venue on the run-up to the event
  • A video will be created and shared, as well as sent to the venue - to see examples please visit OUR VIDEOS page
  • Posters printed and distributed in the local area
  • Flyers will be hand-delivered
  • Constant sharing to over 55 groups on Facebook
  • Instagram, Twitter and Tik Tok advertising
  • Local media press were available
  • Google Analytics is installed so we can track and record visitors.


As with EVERY event we do we raise funds for North West Air Ambulance and Miles for Mitchie, by holding a charity raffle, tombola or auction.  Plus a percentage of every ticket sale also goes to charities.

Booking with us

Contact us and let us know which event you are interested in.  You will find a FULL list of our events on our UPCOMING EVENTS page.  


We will then send you a booking form to complete, once this is received we will send your INVOICE.  We use our ticketing agent Try Booking to collect your fees, and the money is kept secure until after the event has been completed.


You will receive regular updates on how our advertising is going as well as our reports, plus we will have a Facebook Group which we would like to add you to so you can meet all the other exhibitors on the day.
